In the bottom right side of Outlook check the status of Outlook.
If you see Working offline like the above screen shot please follow these steps.
- Click Send / Receive at the top of the Outlook screen.
- Untick Work Offline
You should now see Connected to: Microsoft Exchange at the bottom of the Outlook screen.
