Your college password may have changed recently & the iphone is trying to login with old password.
Goto Settings > WiFi
Find the MSB WiFi & click on the i next to it.
Choose Forget network.
Wait until MSB appears again under list of available WiFi networks.
Click on MSB & & enter current username & password.
