My Analytics relies on you having the Reading Pane visible in Outlook or the email open.
In Outlook if you select the View tab and then change the Reading Pane Layout to either "Right" or "Bottom" you should then see "My Analytics" as select-able on the Home tab.
If you prefer to not have the Reading Pane visible in Outlook then the "My Analytics" icon will only be select-able when you have the email open.
